Cancellation conditions :

More than 2 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival : deposit returned in full
Less than 2 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival : deposit non-returnable
but may be carried over for a later date if the original date has been taken by another client.

For all bookings confirmed by credit card without a deposit being debited : a
compensatory sum equivalent to the price of one night will be debited for a stay
of less than threedays and the price of two nights for a stay of more than three days.

Deposits will not be returned to clients who leave before the scheduled date of departure.
